Martin Hecker has been working for over 30 years in the field of IT and digital technologies in most regions of the world. Beside his position as a Managing Director and Senior Partner of the Boston Consulting Group, he has successfully founded and developed several companies in the field of digital services. His next long-term goal is to create 10.000 jobs in Africa through the recently established social business AmaliTech.

Ali Gibran has academic training in Technology and Engineering with over ten years of professional work experience in Project Management. His interests include the identification of emerging technologies and their application for positive impact. He has been a recipient of Fulbright Scholarship and was awarded the New America Foundation Fellowship in 2014.

Ute Jonath holds a degree in business administration. She has been working in the non-profit sector since 2009 focusing on finance, controlling and project development, working for the DEG and ESTA-Bildungswerk among others. Ute has more than 20 years’ experience in controlling and held managerial positions at several tax consultancies and accountancy firms.
Nina Gebauer is an economic psychologist with leadership and professional development experience. With her specialisation in Coaching and Consultant psychology, she is passionate about supporting individuals in their personal and professional development and accompany them on their employment pathways in the digital industry.

Judee Bendiola is a cultural and media studies expert who has been working in the field of interactive and digital media for ten years in Asia, Africa Europe and North America. She has extensive knowledge of various Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) tools and capable of implementing technology systems in a low resource environment.
