How we train
The AmaliTech Training Academy recognises that it is imperative that we respond to the needs of an ever-changing workforce. The global economy is expanding and requires competencies that include effectively interacting with people from many linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Our goal is to prepare our trainees for success not just by developing their digital skills.
Learning & development
Learning is experiential and integrated in the daily workflow at AmaliTech. Professional development and lifelong learning are embedded in the purpose, culture and learning environment of our training centres. Watch this video and see how our first batch of trainees learn as well as develop their IT and digital skills together.
AmaliTech Training Byte
8 Fundamental bits of Teaching and Learning
The AmaliTech Training Academy has established core competencies to give trainers and trainees a concise understanding of academy-wide expected learning goals. Throughout the programme, trainees will acquire and develop skills, knowledge and dispositions related to the competencies. Our core competencies consist of the 8 fundamental bits of teaching and learning and are called the “Amalitech Training Byte.” Our trainers aspire to teach in a manner that incorporates the core competencies described in the AmaliTech Training Byte. They work collaboratively to improve training strategies and practices.
After the training academy
After successful completion of the training programme, Graduate Trainees have three employment pathways to choose from.
They can get an employment offer at one of our Service Centres.
They can use AmaliTech as a platform to be self-employed as we also encourage entrepreneurship.
They have an option to seek gainful employment on their own.
